Fairly clean, hip new hotel with friendly and patient staff. Good location, amazing room with particularly good view to the ocean view. Large beds and central heating, multi-channel TV and a refrigerator. The property of choice in Chatan.

I recently stayed at this hotel for a week with my partner, and it was the perfect getaway. The location was fantastic, just a short stroll to American Village and the waterfront. The complimentary onsen was a good bonus, and we found our spacious room to be very comfortable. The breakfast buffet had an impressive variety, catering to all tastes, and the staff were wonderfully attentive, making morning meals a true pleasure. Plus, being connected to a Lawson’s made grabbing snacks convenient!
While we had a lovely time, I would be happy to recommend this hotel.

I really enjoyed my stay! The location is super convenient, just a short stroll to the lively American Village and the waterfront. The hot spring was a fantastic perk; I loved relaxing there after a day of exploring. Plus, my room was spacious and had a nice balcony view that made my mornings even better!
I wasn't thrilled about a few things. It was surprising to find out that pool access costs extra, even as a hotel guest. the staff at the front desk didn’t really give off that warm, cute vibe I expected, which kind of put a damper on my trip.

Had a fantastic time at this modern hotel with fine sunset views from the rooftop pool! It's conveniently located right across from the Hilton and just a short stroll from the waterfront. The breakfast buffet had tons of delicious options, and the staff was super friendly. it felt fresh and clean, making our stay very enjoyable!
On the downside, the pool access fee seemed odd since we expected it to be included. the walls felt a bit thin, so you could hear noise from neighboring rooms. A couple of staff encounters weren’t great either. Despite these hiccups, we still had a nice trip!

Spoiler alert, it's worth it!
The spacious rooms with comfy beds and cute touches like balcony drinks and popsicles made it special. Positioned near major attractions, it's perfect for families. Don't miss the onsen! Cleanliness and functionality make it shine, but plan around the weather for full enjoyment.

The sunset views from the rooftop were jaw-droppingly beautiful, and I loved soaking in the infinity pool while sipping a drink. The spa services, like the full body massage and hot spring bath, were super relaxing, making it hard to leave. Only downside was that the mattresses were a bit firm for my taste, but that didn't spoil the fun. 😌
